Administrative Supervisor

We are currently seeking an Administrative Supervisor for our Phoenix, AZ office. This position is responsible for supervising and monitoring the work of office staff, as well as, providing administrative/office support services.


Prioritizes, delegates, and monitors all work processes to ensure timely and accurate completion.

Assists in the development, implementation and managing of branch goals, objectives, policies and priorities in partnership with the division head and branch manager

Interviews, selects, and develops personnel to maintain staffing objectives.

Evaluates employees on their performance and oversees disciplinary action of personnel and provides for improvements as required

Provides effective training to ensure efficient workflow and quality work performance.

Works and communicates effectively with others to address and resolve complex issues and to improve communication and procedures

Participates as a management team member in long-term planning, procedure establishment, and problem solving

Preparing accounting reports, posting A/P and A/R, preparing purchase orders, and performing financial planning and analysis.

Prepare and issue work schedules, deadlines, and duty assignments for office or administrative staff.

Analyze financial activities of establishments or departments and provide input into budget planning and preparation processes.

Performs related duties as required.

Serve as the assistant to the division manager and responsible for the coordinating and directing the administrative activities within the office.


A minimum of 3 years administrative experience including management of office staff.
Solid interpersonal skills and the ability to interact and communicate with individuals at all levels of management
Advanced skills with Microsoft Office and expertise with MS Excel skills required
Leadership experience required with the ability to solve problems in a team oriented environment.
Must be flexible, dependable and have a great attitude.
Strong organizational, time-management and decision making skills.
Construction background is a plus
