Roto-Rooter Services and Plumbing is currently seeking a Data Entry/Billing Clerk for our Anaheim, CA office. This position is responsible for providing administrative/office support services with a variety of clerical activities and related tasks.
Prioritizes and completes all work activities to ensure deadlines are met.
Manages multiple assignments in a fast-paced, start-up branch in a professional and courteous manner.
Performs related duties as required.
Minimum 1 year experience
Solid communication and interpersonal skills
Proficient with Microsoft Office and with MS Excel
Ability to excel in a high-pressure, fast-paced, and constantly changing environment.
Must be flexible, dependable and have a great attitude.
Strong organizational, time-management and decision making skills.
Preference will be given to those with A/R, A/P, and or collections experience
