Quality Control

We are currently seeking a full-time Quality Control for our Concord, CA office.  This position is responsible for a variety of analytical and administrative functions including quality control, data entry, graphic design and reviewing/verifying video quality and compare daily observations to inspections codes.

 Responsibilities:

Formulating quality control standards.
Maintaining data, checking logs and daily reporting.
Overseeing inspection activity throughout the project cycle.
Contract administration, ability to record information into computer tracking progress. 
Utilizes computerized reports to keeps record of service and work orders.
Gathering project required documents and organize project paperwork.

Provide support with a variety of clerical activities and related tasks.

Must be flexible and have a diverse skill-set.

Design documents for project deliverables in a timely manner.

Be able to review scope of work with customer and establish professional relationships.

Work closely with field staff monitoring work orders to assure project completion

Provide additional information and reports as requested by management. Other duties as assigned by department manager.

Be able to provide scheduling updates in a timely manner, working closely with department scheduler.

Requirements:

Minimum 2 years’ experience in a quality control role.

Strong computer and software skills, mapping, GIS, AutoCAD/Visio, Adobe Photoshop 

Advanced proficiency with Excel worksheets; comfortable creating documents as well as interpreting data created in Excel. Proficiency with Access is a plus.
Must be detail-orientated with excellent organizational and administrative skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
Must be flexible, dependable and have a great attitude.
Strong date entry skills with high accuracy rate.
Demonstrated proficiency in managing and prioritizing projects with multiple and often competing deadlines, and ability to work under pressure.

Must be flexible and have a diverse skill-set.

Ability to work independently, to work under supervision, and to work in a team-based and goal-oriented environment.
Ability to maintain schedules and timelines.
Ability to use considerable judgment and initiative required to establish work procedures
Hands-on, self-starter with a can-do approach.
Demonstrated record of personal learning, growth and flexibility to handle change.

Ability, interest and willingness to create tools and processes to improve efficiency.
